I realized sometimes the MacMini get its bluetooth device disable for not reason, being impossible to enable it back.
What it looks like the issue is temperature and the internal system fan too slow to properly cool down the box.
I found out the following application smcFanControl which looks like doing the trick, increasing the fan speed , therefore the bluetooth device is present (almost always).
It really improved the system

And it was a really funny one
4 miles and excellent atmosphere, organisation was good and weather a little bit cold but nothing a little run could get sorted.
