This installation was performed on a MacbookPro Unibody in 64 bits mode.

Main issues:

qt4-mac

qt4-mac-devel (better installed qt4-mac, not major problems reported)

If problems installing qt4-mac and kdelibs4 already installed do:

port -dv deactivate kdelibs4

To after it run:

port -dv activate kdelibs4

Hi,

This is how I replaced a cracked screen for the Advent4211-B:

Image below shown a crack on top of the screen which, in time, it was extending along both sides of the screen.

Take note of the manufacturer of the screen. Was a little bit hard to find the appropriate screen for this netbook.

The laptop is fairly easy to open.
You only need a standard Phillips screwdriver.
The screws are located on shown below on the back of the computer:

Mac Mini Intel 2.0- Bluetooth issue

I realized sometimes the MacMini get its bluetooth device disable for not reason, being impossible to enable it back.
What it looks like the issue is temperature and the internal system fan too slow to properly cool down the box.
I found out the following application smcFanControl which looks like doing the trick, increasing the fan speed , therefore the bluetooth device is present (almost always).
It really improved the system

Tough Run

The weather was fine for my running but not me. So Tired... Arriving home late quick lunch and 3 hours just to get the run done wasn't good enough.. It was a busy day at work, up since 6:50 am and the last days training where piling to much tiredness I just felt yesterday before my training but, I need the go and I cannot be lazy at any respect, just try and keep going.
For several time I thought on quiting, slowing down and walking back home, but as far as couldn't feel any pain, just tired, I kept going until the end.
The time was fairly ok and it was nice to be out for awhile and to stick at such a nice routine.
Tomorrow resting day, having a break...Some stretching during the day..to get properly refreshed before going but on Friday.

Started to rain 5 minutes after leaving him..I wasn't warm enough to dry it off, to feel comfortable enough just took 20 minutes. It was constant, just 10 minutes rain with a 20 minutes frequency... I got the refreshing sensation.
Smooth and fast run, the medium route, feeling like flying, light . No pains, only fatigue at the end, sign of dehydration. Arriving home, I prepared the isotonic straight away../ I took long to feel recover.. but it was perfectly fine after a whole.

The longest run so far...

Well... long way run today....
Rhebogue Meadows --> UL ---> Annacotty --> Back to UL --> Crossing the Shannon Bridge in UL --> Corbally Road ---> Parteen ---> Limerick ---> Rhebogue Meadows

Started reaching Annacotty, feeling perfectly fine, back to UL and in my way to Corbally I decided to give a go for the longest track I have ever planned in Ireland.... Turning to Parteen instead of heading back to Limerick......
In Parteen I felt a little bit tired.. Just in LImerick, around the Castle I felt a little bit heavy...The sun was up and I was getting dehydrated that is the reason for all those sensations... I took long to reach Rhebogue Meadows and home, feeling really tired at the very end, needed Isotonic immediately.. The heat was creating the effect... and after that long run I was overheated.

And...that is was the best run of the year..also the longest.. Pleasant and perfect.. Tomorrow normal training.

That is for real, I do need colder weather for a run. So tiring.

Yesterday I was bitten by a dog in my way from Annacotty to UL (University the Limerick), I was fortunate it has bitten just the heel's shoe, not major problems. Its owner got to held the dog till I was off that place.
Tomorrow I should try a longer run, to finish on Sunday with the longest of the week.
The Nike Pro Vent t-shirt are exceptional. that is a real second layer-skin, compression, warm and transpiration works perfectly fine.

If we look at how reproduction works, from the most simple cellular systems to the most sophisticated organic element, we part from the most simple base of the cellular mitosis to the need of male/female structures to be combined into a newer generation.
From being just one to, along the centuries, specialized and to need two individuals to create a new living structure. What, makes me wonder... what is the next step in specialization?, if we follow a logical pattern, we can see as a possibility the need of four individuals to create another living structure.
Why four and not three? If we look closely how cells divided themselves to create a new pair of them,if we have 2 groups ( that is the most (at least known) advanced group of specialization), eventually will become four.. it will sound/looks like will be group in pair , 2 and 2 to create just a new one, more specialized than the living actual structures.

In the way the hydrogen and the binary code is expressed as “0” and “1”, we can see how the cosmos can be written in binary code, the mos elemental , simple and universal kind of language.
Is nice to remember how people, like Karl Sagan, accepted this fact and when he got involved in the Voyager project, part of the information send out of space was written in binary, based in hydrogen sequence.
“0” and “1”, 2 possibilities, a choice between 2, and how, eventually they became not natural numbers to create a new concept in maths, the chaos, not necessary absolutes, but a random can happen because there are not “ideal”/perfect environmental conditions for any particular event.

For the last days I realised about the way people dump material, how easily dispose what they think is useless.
It is interesting to observe how long took to create industrial aluminium, how many thousand or years of mankind evolution to reach the point of creating the very first piece of aluminium for industrial/home use, even when first produced it took,a long time, to get the way or producing massive amounts of material for user/industrial consuming. We have reached the point of waste disposal and “some” recycling. We just basically extract material for a fast consuming and disposing of it rapidly and at increasing speed.
It was a time, when electronics where made to endure. Still keeping my very first computer in the early 80's.. Its electronic components could stand for a long time and never been replaced any part of the system.
Right now, you get a brand new computer, and when a new Operative System is released, you dispose of it because is...”getting old”...it doesn't properly work, it is slowing down....my games freeze at some stage...(well.. I got the problem, when navigating the net sometimes the system gets “funny”...same computer for 4 years,but technology in the internet is evolving pretty fast, becoming a hard rock to be digest by my old friend..even when I am not a gamer).
The way things are built follow the very same basis : cheap materials, a limited life (sorter every single new product release) and pushed by a society who even wrap in plastic the bread because became sickening “hygienic” (outdoor...because indoors I see rubbish piling up to the roof).

There is a clear asynchrony between how technology evolve and how people digest it. And...
why is that??
Because, there is only one main principle to be follow in western societies. Sales, not matter what.
And..... at the expenses of becoming stupefied in question of just a few years because al those material commodities are subtracting our life time in terms of thinking and being better.

Meditación? Oraciones antes de ir a la cama?? que es lo que ocurre realmente detrás de ello? que procesos mas allá se desatan tras todo el envoltorio religioso o sectario tras esos hechos?

Hubo un tiempo, en que el grado cultural de la sociedad no era demasiado elevado, de hecho, muy pocos podían llegar a un rango de cultura minina (leer y escribir), gran símbolo de poder que ejercían los” “gerifaltes” del momento. Los grandes poderes emanaban de dioses y de la fuerza (como los Juegos Reunidos pero en versión Odín.. soy un dios pero te puedo partir los cuernos).
Ese “vulgo” subdesarrollado y repudiado por las “altas esferas” (..bueno, menos diezmos, tasas, aranceles,iva y vat..... después de todo no vamos a despreciar tanto no??.. seamos bueno y saquemos el cazo) con cultura escasa nula o de índice negativo, temerosos de los dioses (...si... y del tema de los cuernos mencionado antes), seguían de forma ciega los dictámenes del religioso de turno. Todo tipo de reglamentaciones que guiaban sus días y vidas, una forma de vida dentro de los cánones de lo mas correctamente “civilizado”.

Es el nuevo nacionalsocialismo en nuestros días y el precursor que producirá un terrible impacto en las economías mundiales.

Observemos en fenómeno, porque es digo de atroz mención.
Desde el 2000 las tasa de inmigración dentro del continente europeo, sobre todo dentro de los piases de la CEE ha sido inmensa, autentica explosión demográfica de inmigrantes legales o no. Las expectativas de un nuevo tipo de vida , con algún futuro y pervivencia familiar.
Laxitud en las aduanas y mejoras en las situaciones laborales han sido el “gancho” que han producido el eco/llamada a las nuevas inmigraciones. (así como el primo Remigius que mira que coche se ha traído que dice que el dinero crece en los arboles y las casas son de chocolate...... lo que nunca contó es que trabajar en una factoría 12 horas menos salario que un nacional , viven 20 en casa y....el coche es para poder llegar al trabajo con otros 6... no le llega para pagar el seguro..)

Pensamientos punzantes que sacuden mi mente, idea fija y ese odio y manía.....

las obsesiones son un de los grandes males de nuestros tiempo, las tendencias obsesivas. Las mentes humanas en los últimos tiempos debido al excesivo tiempo libre debido a una sociedad de grandes facilidades y protección donde la supervivencia es indeciblemente mas simple que hace algunos siglos, permite que el pensamiento vuele libremente y se centre en todo tipo de eventos.
Hay humanos con mas predisposición que otros a la “fijación” obsesiva de ideas y la consecuente de recreación maniática, tendencias parejas en muchos casos. Una presumible tendencia neurótica a grandes rasgos usando la terminología psicológica mas natural.

Recuerdo leer obra de en caricaturista en un cómic (tebeo/tbo) que mencionaba como titular “las mujeres necesitan dos amantes, uno para el cuerpo, y otro para la mente”.
Siempre llamo mi atención y se mantuvo fresco en la memoria.... lejos de connotaciones sexistas, también se puede observar al similar en los hombres “quieren la amante del cuerpo, que se olviden de su cabeza”.

Dentro del espectro infancia <-----> adolescencia y los primeros periodos de edad adulta. No suelen existir grandes sobresaltos/cambios en los sistemas de actitud relaciones. Todo lo que impliquen relaciones de pareja. Los humanos se sienten mas o menos satisfechos. Continuos cambios y la vida se suele presentar como una continua fuente de nueva información y sensaciones. No existen planteamientos de grandes errores y suele existir cierto soporte paternal , además de la creencia de los términos de amistad. la seguridad suele ser un patrón aun bastante afianzado.

Es la eterna sensacion y cuestionamiento .." me estan usando"... despues surgen (o no) los terminos de permisibilidad y durante cuanto tiemo.
Es un topico que requiere un mas profundo analisis.
Comenzando por la persona que efectua ese tipo influencia pudiendo ser o no menteyarada asi como los propositos.
Ya no lo cuestiono en terminos de trabajo, sino los meros supuestos terminos de amistad. Las pretensiones por parte del otro "ente" y las tecnicas usadas para poder alcanzar sus objetivos.
Si lo estblecemos desde un punto de vista personal, ya sea familiar.. amistad etc..... la sensacion y pregutna surge en breve ante cualquier indicio procedente de un cambio en el mismo ambiente circundante a los basicos terminos de relacion. El hecho de que solamente se requiera tu existencia en determnado y puntuales momentos.... muchas veces comenzando con un breve saludo, para entrar, de forma llana en la cuestion que necesitan.

Terminos de Compañia

Resulta curioso poder observar en que se basan los terminos de soledad y las interpretaciones que los humanos hacemos a esos respectos.
El efecto de intelectualizar lo que realmente supone la soledad, deja a flote, en muchos de los casos, que no es , ni mas ni menos, que una falta de estima, una afeccion de estima dada a a baja o inexistente. El necesitar el soporte de otro "ente" para poder progresar/tener motivacion/y en definitiva, sentirse vivo.
Me refiero a los terminos mas esenciales y basicos del termino "compañia", obviando todo lo relacionado a los fenomenos reproducticos mas puros.. que al fin y al cabo, se remiten a los primeros terminos de lo aqui expuesto llegando a ser consecuencias inequivocas del fenomeno "relacion".

La idealizacion de la situacion "compañia" recrea estados de bienestar y plenitud, concediendo una razon de existencia, mas aun en el supueto reproductivo y la tenencia de familia/hijos.
Desde el punto de vista intelectual, y refiriendo a un analisis desde la menteyaracion/altas capacidades, en muchos casos propone un crecion de falsa estima muy alejada del propio individuo como generador de la propia estabilidad, asi como y detenimiento de las actitvidades/potencialidad intelectual pudiendo a llegar incluso a sufrir una grave regresion, mas en el caso de los hombres que la mujeres, siendo ellas menos afectadas en este caso dado sus naturalezas dominantes. Los hombres, suelen ser mas dependientes e inestables en terminos psicologicos, estabilidad mas precaria en esos terminos.

La modificacion de los terminos de soledad y falta de compañia, podria ser positiviamente retribuidad por las amplias expectativas de conocimiento asi como el disfrute de relaciones personales no tan intensas como las de parejas. Lo que se supone el simple termino amistad, puede ser mucho mas positivo y edificante que la continuidad de una relacion intima, que en la mayoria de las cosas y a la larga, llega a ser tedioso,contraproducente y destructivo.
Realmente, la necesidad es puntual, no constante.

Es interesante poder observar las espectativas/esperanzas que se crean en las conciencias de los individuos.
El deposito de confianza y la fuerza con la que se intenta sujetar las conciencias individuales.
El principio budista de desidentificacion expresa claramente concepto, el hecho de no poseer, sino observar y aceptar. Termino, por desgracia, ampliamente devaluado en nuestros tiempos...demasiado que acaparar. comenzando con los vacios de nuestras mente que nos desbordan en una iincesante necesidad de ocuparlo.. a cualquier costa.
Aceptacion, radica en un mas alla de expectativas, propias realidades y cuestionamientos. El hecho de que en este mismo instante tienes vida, pisas ese suelo, no existe pasado ni futuro, la inmutabilidad del ser y el observar sin interferir, no creando ningun tipod e movimiento. El aier pasa a traves de ti, asi la vida, formando parte sin alteraciones, principios de felicidad.
Posesion totalmente inverso aceptacion. Egostista necesidad de aprension, destructiva determinacion de llegar el vacio sin importar el precio pagado en tal determinacion.
Imposiciones, opiniones y la necesidad de integridad... "por bienestades de terceros", expresan un soberbio cariz que influyen punzantemente en las conciencias de tu alrededor.
Si una piedra ocupa un lugar especifico en la tierra? para que cambiarlo cuando su naturaleza es esa?

Aceptacion, desprendimiento egostista, son principios basicos evolutivos humanos, en terminos de alcanzar cierto nivel de prefeccion y estabilidad.
Cuestionamientos....... y dentro de siglos seguiran existiendo los conceptos y mas preguntas..... y??? al final, una vida.. y nunca se supo cual era el pie que sujetaba nuestras conciencias.

Aceptacion....complejo termino, precioso de enunciar, excelsa dificultad en el cumplir.... porque al final..... mas cuestionamientos surgiran a su derredor.

Implementing and fixing some problems with the statistics in the server. Setting the cron and some extra scripting with the GeoIP related which needed to be compiled, as long as ubuntu set the files in its proper way.
Some code modification, compiling the source and...Wuala!! running whithout a complaint!!

Cyrus /Postfix Under Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy. Only Authentication !

it took me awhile...but finally done!!
I was getting problems with smtp auhorization, in fact I forgot to include in /etc/postfix/main.cf the following line to open the smtp authorization login:

smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes

Also I included:
smtpd_tls_session_cache_database = btree:${queue_directory}/smtpd_scache
smtp_tls_session_cache_database = btree:${queue_directory}/smtp_scache
for the cache.
Using pam for the login in the sasl/smtpd.conf
I went into cyrus and the configuration was changed into:
pwcheck_method:auxprop

For creating the Berkeley db /etc/sasldb2 needed the following comands:
saslpasswd2 -c -u domain.com -a smtpauth rusername (-c crate -d delete -u domain -a authorization )
sasldblistusers2 to list the users.
Look at the user/group owner. Nice way postfix:root

Debian/ubuntu issue. the file has to be change into its proper place ... /var/spool/postfix/etc/sasldb2
but also can be modfies the /etc/init.d/postfix to point it to : etc/sasld2 ( FILES="etc/localtime etc/services etc/resolv.conf etc/hosts etc/nsswitch.conf etc/sasldb2")

Do not forget also to make an extensive change into the /etc/default/saslauthd as follows:

# This needs to be uncommented before saslauthd will be run automatically
START=yes

PWDIR="/var/spool/postfix/var/run/saslauthd"
#PARAMS="-m ${PWDIR}"

and setup the mail client smtp as : secure wirh username: username@domain.com
password as provided before into the Berkeley db.
And..Wala! Up and Runing !!! relay access granted and routing mail to the internet, supporting both intranet and internet services.
All along with TSL certificates to validate the mail with digital signature and also supporting some virtual domains run by courier pop3/pop3-ssl/imap/imap-ssl.

Tomorrow finishing the whole explanation for the process.

Ese Viejo papiro que se pliega con la edad,
De profundos surcos, raído,
Lento y callo al final.

Así es como podríamos definir la textura de un humano..en sus 80, 90 años de edad. Ese poco atractivo escaparate, ese temor reverencial….olor…sudor…. y en casos desprecio.
Muy al contrario de los jóvenes infantes, de piel flexible y gracioso palpitar….
Pero…… que es en realidad lo que distingue ambas edades que nos produce agrado y desagrado??? Que es lo que nos empuja a tolerar con mas asiduidad a un niño en contraposición con un anciano???
Observemos el fenómeno de una forma analítica, muy lejos de los atributos familiares/emocionales que nos puedan crear lazos.
Desde un punto de vista primario, el ser humano se guía por la vista como primer factor en la selección del individuo, por supuesto..resulta mucho mas atractivo un infante que un anciano..la tersura de su piel, sus caracteres mas perfectos y brillantes, sus ángulos y redondeces mas matemáticamente atractivos, mas cercanos al supuesto perfeccionista que el ente humano tiene incorporado en su genética, en su sentido de apreciación real, de la existencia.
La relación creada entre percepción e impercepción esta intrínsecamente relacionado con los caracteres de tolerancia y por supuesto, tratado desde un punto de vista genético, de perpetuidad de la especie.
Que es lo que protegerás mas enconadamente? Una obra del Maestro Miguel Ángel del vaticano o una burdo brochazo en una pared? Que es lo que te inspira en si mayor potencia visual y expresión emocional? Por supuesto, esa es la funcionalidad humana, el niño, a ser protegido, conservado, ese espécimen fruto de una perfección, en contraposición con el carácter demacrado y decrepito de los últimos estadios de la edad….”ya vivió lo suficiente….” … múltiples expresiones que relegan a los ancianos a un Segundo plano, al abandono… ya no es irse y morir en una montaña o en la solitaria estepa conocida por la tribu. Ahora es una residencia, donde…….tendrá cuidados….. donde le ayudaran…donde me lo quito de encima porque me estorba, interrumpe mi vida y donde puedo justificar “legalmente” el dolor de conciencia que socialmente provoca.
Sociedad occidental…… divertido movimiento.
Que es lo que prefieres? Pasear por una guardería con toda la frescura de la hierba aun creciendo a tus pies con su resplandeciente verdor, o un bosque esquilmado por el fuego de la edad?

Hablemos de otras sociedades.. donde todos los miembros son útiles…. Que los ancianos instruyen a los mas niños y los jóvenes adultos son cazadores. Misma moneda de una misma humanidad con un sentido de utilidad diferente en cuanto a todo el entorno y pretexto de conservación de una raza/sociedad.

Aqui podemos ver, claramente el entorno social y educacional que tanto pesa y atosiga dentro de nuestra consciencia, digno de tener en cuenta y, de manera personal, analizar exhaustivamente…… Examen de conciencia….

Es dificil limpiar los deshechos de un anciano…es desagradable…… en contraposicion de un niño…… que lo haces..con menos disgusto…. Interesante lectura del mismo hecho fisiologico.
…chochea………. Que gracioso……… Interesante comentario para un mismo hecho… el verbal en ambos casos…. De una sociedad y circunstancias que vivio el individuo ahora anciano que no queremos comprender, individuo que NO podemos manipular.. Opuesto al de un niño, manipulable y punibuel en sus usos y costumbres.
Eso es lo que nos ocurre en relacion con la mayoria de la fauna. “me gustan los animals”….. pero por que??? Simple…. Porque los podemos manipular, y si no a ellos , su entorno… es algo mdoficable.. un juguete mas…. El eterno paradigma del humano y el control de toda la esfera que se relacione con el.

En definiva, se puede esperar mucho de una raza social con tanto tipo de prejuicios ?? se puede esperar algun tipo de evolucion real que no tenga que implicar evolucion??
…al final…Albert Einstein….fue un niño Asperger….dificil en muchos casos, y un adulto insoportable, pero que su prima tolero…si….tambien defecaba….como todos.

Es interesante poder observar de cerca las caracteres dominantes en las familias de los progenitores, y como esas tendencias manipulativas/de dominio trascienden sobre las siguientes generaciones, mantieniendo una actitud extremadamente clasista/conservadora, y a todas vista anti evolutiva y primitiva, en forma de clanes.
La unica pieza y principal de esta tendencia es la dependencia psicologia (en los tiemposa actuales) antiguamente se sumaban las fisicas en el caso de las mujeres.. Unicamente destinadas al apareamiento con algun personaje que pudiera mantenerlas, o en grado extremo, al mantenimiento vital de sus progenitores hasta el momento en el cual fallecieran. Obviamente, no tenian derecho a ningun tipo de herencia (los hombre podian, en algunos casos, ejercer ese derecho), y podian verse liberadas de sus obligaciones familiares llegados a ese punto.
De ahi nacen expresiones del tipo "solteronas", "vestir santos", esta ultima por la actitud pia de estas mujeres ante la desgracia de vida y el papel que tenian que representar. De hecho ellas se encargaban en las iglesias de labores semejantes y otras de indole similar.

Esoterismo..... necromancia.... nombres de lo diferente y extraño, simbologia que en si, no es nada mas simple que el concentrar tus capacidades en un "algo" indefinido/comodin.
Realmente es un acto de fe. Que diferencia tiene rezar (a los religiosos practicantes) ante una cruz celta que una mediterranea/romana? el resultado es el mismo asi como el fundamento.
Un simbolo en si no es mas ni menos que un punto en el vacio en el cual concentras tu atencion, asi...tus deseos.. necesidad ..virtudes o egoismos... En si, la pretension de que... ocurra algo ..

La fe mueve montañas...
